Café X is partnered with Access Inc. to train the next generation of leaders.

Participants of the Café X/Access Internship Program are trained to become head baristas, business owners, and leaders through participation in collaborative Café X operations. In this non-hierarchal, energizing, and flexible work environment, participants learn prepare gourmet beverage recipes, serve, and organize a community gathering space. Once these basics are mastered and owner-employee relationships developed and nurtured, participants may become employees or co-owners in the cooperative through an application process and vetting period, if applicable. Participants may also be hired by partner organizations at the conclusion of their internship.
